Florida flood insurance policy's are backed by the National Flood Insurance Program and the Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and are sold directly through a program or through a licensed agent. The flood insurance policy that your condominium association receives will be identical in every way to all other federally backed flood policy's.
The flood rebate checks are issued to our insured's every year, within 60 days of the policy's inception or renewal, in accordance with Preferred Flood's rebating schedule.
